Established in 1981 by Erik M. Schmidt, educated in international export and chemistry in Hamburg, Germany.

The Erik M. Schmidt GmbH was starting with the export of Anorganic Chemicals, supplying customers in the Near-Far-East and Sout America. Over the years we specialized to Agrochemical Products like Pesticides in general as well as Fertilizers, supplying mainly countries in the Middle and Near-East and North Africa. In these regions we partly cooperated with Messrs. Bayer AG and Schering AG (now Aglukon AG), Germany. Finally we concentrated more and more in special Fertilizers for Foliar Application and have been pioneers in the Arabic countries in this section. Today this is still our main target to market these products by advising and explaining the advantage and application of our products, leading to to a better control of deficiencies of nutrients and trace elements. In addition we too can provide our customers with the equipment of application.
